    Responsibilities for Conference Production Manager
    Contacting top-level decision-making executives for speaker recruitment purposes as well as research purposes
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with speakers for future events
    Independently managing the production of events as well as overseeing the production of team member events
    Copywriting & agenda writing, ensuring the content produced meets the needs of the key stakeholders
    Participating in and lead virtual and onsite rehearsals with speakers
    Thoroughly debriefing and documenting completed events and projects while focusing on best practices for continuous growth and improvement
    Overseeing the Production department including supporting the recruitment, training and ongoing mentoring of team members
    Collaborating with the Senior Vice President Conference Production on performance management responsibilities of team members
    Qualifications for Conference Production Manager
    ~ Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing or Communications an asset)
    ~5+ Years of Event Management experience, preference for Production experience and Speaker Recruitment
    ~ End-to-end understanding of live conference production
    ~ Collaborative with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    ~ Be highly skilled in handling multiple concurrent projects
    ~ Ability and willingness to make cold calls to senior-level executives, with excellent telephone manner
    ~ Our company offers above the normal starting vacation and observes US holidays
    Our company is working on a hybrid model with some days in the office and some days at home
