    Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced individual to lead our operations and technology initiatives as the Senior Manager of Technology Operations. This role will play a pivotal part in driving organizational efficiency, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions, and a deep understanding of both operational and technological principles.

    **Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Leadership:

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities, including production, logistics, supply chain management, and facilities management.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the operations team.

    Technology Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports the company's strategic objectives and enhances operational efficiency.
    • Evaluate existing technology systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and modernization.
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies and software solutions to improve business processes and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of technology systems, including networks, servers, and software applications.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future needs and opportunities for innovation.

    Team Management:

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and maximize productivity.
    • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to support individual and team success.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in operations management, technology leadership, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Experience at a SaaS based company (start-up environment preferred)
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex initiatives.
    • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in technology systems and platforms, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications.
