- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, technology leadership, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
- Experience at a SaaS based company (start-up environment preferred)
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
