WESTPRO Physiotherapy is hiring another physiotherapist with a passion for sport rehab If you're looking for an opportunity to provide high-end treatments to an active community, we want to hear from you. Majority of our clients are aged 25-50 with sports-related injuries making for an awesome caseload. With a waitlist and new clients coming through our doors every single week, we are growing and looking for another teammate to join us

What is WESTPRO?

WESTPRO Physiotherapy was established in 2017 with a mission to elevate the field of rehabilitation by offering a hands-on approach to physio treatments. We exist to help the Tri-Cities community live healthy, pain-free lives by providing quality 1-on-1 care. Over the past 5+ years, WESTPRO has taken part in numerous community events and races, has received recognition for being among the Best Businesses in Port Moody in 2022 and 2023, and is always striving to be a leader in the community. Now, we are looking for more like-minded individuals to join us in the journey to become the best versions of ourselves and crush lofty career and life goals.

What we offer to Independent-Contracted PTs:

Bright Open-Concept Clinic with Gym Space: With lots of windows and sunshine, you'll love working in this clinic We have a fully equipped gym space with spin bike, treadmill, TRX, balance boards, free weights, and more.

Competitive Compensation: 70% split for 4+ years experience and/or with extra designations (IMS/acupuncture, etc). Sliding scale of compensation is also offered, which means once you hit a certain amount billed per month, the % you receive goes up by 5% New grads/less than 4 years experience also welcome to apply, compensation determined based on a combination of experience and other factors.

Bonuses: $2000 signing bonus upon successful completion of probation period, as well as yearly $500 bonus for education/courses.

Flexible Schedule: Option for Part-Time or Full-Time, mornings/evenings/weekends available. We work with you to create your ideal schedule.

Career Growth: Mentorship opportunities available for new grads with focus on manual therapy and sports-related injuries. We provide monthly in-services/clinical rounds (in-person or virtual to allow for easy access to all).

Convenience: We useonline scheduling/charting with Jane, direct billing, and clinic is walking distance to Inlet Skytrain, Port Moody Skytrain, and Brewery Row/Rocky Point Park. There is a new development being built across the street which will bring in even more new clients in the near future Are you ready to grow with us?

The ideal candidate is:

Skilled in manual therapy, and/or willing to learn.

Has knowledge of exercise prescription and various sports, and/or willing to learn.

Self-driven, self-motivated, and eager to build a thriving caseload.

Enjoys working as part of a team, but also able to work independently.

An awesome human being who is professional, has exceptional customer service skills, and provides client-centered treatments.
