    The impact you will make:
    • Represent Softchoice as a key player in delivering Professional Services projects
    • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and provide feedback to presales teams
    • Ensure the delivery of quality services to customers and manage risk mitigation and issue resolution
    • Develop and present reports to project teams and clients
    • Ensure all necessary contracts are in place between Softchoice, customers, and external partners
    • Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions to offer valuable feedback to delivery and presales teams

    What you will do:
    • Follow Project Management standards as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
    • Lead project teams in delivering IT infrastructure projects
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, risk logs, project plans, and more
    • Organize project requirement sessions
    • Track and report project budgets
    • Manage relationships with service and software providers
    • Facilitate team meetings and work sessions
    • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to leadership
    • Define technical requirements to enhance the PMO practice
    • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
    • Communicate business needs for technical projects effectively
    • Escalate issues to senior management and identify critical project paths
    • Utilize tools such as MS Office Suite and MS Project
    • Demonstrate strong client focus, leadership, presentation, and facilitation skills

    What you'll bring to the table:
    • 5+ years of related work experience in professional services or consulting
    • 3+ years of formal Project Management experience
    • PMI PMP Certification
    • Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, and datacenter implementation
    • Experience in leading cross-functional projects with formalized methodologies
    • Post Secondary education (preferred)
