    This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Estimator.

    The Chief Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing and reviewing the estimates for various construction projects, coordinating with the project management team, and analyzing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimates.

    Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
    Experience in construction estimating and bidding for general contract work
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
    Experience in project management or construction supervision is a plus
    possess a minimum of 10+ years of estimating experience within the Commercial industry.
