    Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Support coach pour notre Service de l' Indemnisation qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.

    LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Ville du Québec, Montréal, Anjou, Laval ou St-Hyacinthe

    Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

    Supporter les experts dans leur développement de compétences et les gestionnaires pendant leur absence.

  • Autoriser les paiements et réserves tout en veillant à ce que les modalités du contrat soient respectées ainsi que les normes, politiques et procédures
  • Supporter et accompagner les experts dans toutes les natures de dossiers tant en biens et responsabilité - en assurance des particuliers et des entreprises
  • Répondre aux questions techniques d'experts en sinistres
  • S'assurer de la recevabilité et la responsabilité en analysant les couvertures et les circonstances du sinistre du dossier présenté par l'expert
  • Assurer le maintien des délais de service selon les standards définis par l'organisation et prendre les décisions appropriées pour maintenir cette qualité constante
  • Suivre les normes et pratiques et utiliser les outils de façon efficace
  • Documenter chaque dossier en détails en conformité avec le protocole de communication établie
  • Fournir aux gestionnaires de la rétroaction sur le développement des compétences, sur la qualité du travail et sur les besoins de formation (opportunités d'amélioration du service et notions techniques).
  • Prendre la relève de gestion technique d'une équipe durant l'absence de son gestionnaire.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus opérationnels et à l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Gérer les insatisfactions de la clientèle
  • Faire des auditions de dossiers et la révision des dossiers actifs
  • Traiter des réclamations lors de périodes achalandées
  • Assurer une présence physique dans nos bureaux lorsque requis
  • Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • DEC ou AEC assurance ou son équivalent.
  • Certification d'expert en sinistre en biens des particuliers et entreprises
  • 5 années d'expérience minimum dans le traitement de dossiers en indemnisation de toutes lignes d'affaires et de toutes natures de sinistres
  • Très bonnes connaissances techniques en application de garanties, normes & procédures internes
  • Bilinguisme, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Bon esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et de décision
  • Sens de l'urgence en tout temps
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft office
  • Expérience antérieure en coaching. Faire de la rétroaction pour encourager l'acquisition et le développement des compétences
  • Communication efficace : Transmettre des messages clairs, concis et convaincants à un auditoire ciblé
  • Initiative : Agir de façon autonome et proactive, dépasser les attentes et les objectifs
  • Planification et organisation : Définir et gérer les priorités, les requis et les ressources. Prévoir de façon autonome
  • Diplomatie : Facilité à établir des relations fondées sur la confiance et la collaboration
  • Prise de décision et recherche de solutions
