GFT Canada vous offre l'opportunité de rejoindre son équipe administrative à titre de conseiller(ère) aux affections.
    Rédiger les dépôts des professionnels pour les directeurs de livraisons;

    • Obtenir les détails auprès des directeurs de livraison sur les besoins des divers projets (information équipes, clients, technologies, etc.);

    • Faire des suivis sur une base régulière aux VP des services professionnels concernant les opportunités et les professionnels disponibles;

    • Coordonner les entrevues avec les directeurs de livraisons lors des dépôts des professionnels;

    • S'arrimer avec l'équipe du recrutement pour assurer une cohérence dans les recherches de nouveaux professionnels;

    • Participer aux rencontres d'appels d'offres et de nouveaux projets pour comprendre, résumer les besoins et diffuser l'information aux diverses parties, notamment l'équipe du recrutement;

    • Assurer un niveau de service adéquat à l'intérieur de la boîte de courriel de l'équipe d'affectation;

    • Vous détenez une Technique ou un BAC en administration;

    • Maîtrise des outils de la suite Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint);

    • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale (Français et anglais);

    • Expérience dans un rôle similaire et/ou dans la réalisation de tâches administratives au sein d'une firme de consultation TI ( un atout).

    • Avoir l'opportunité de pouvoir se spécialiser grâce à diverses formations continues et certifications;

    • Un plan d'assurance individuel ou familial généreux et ce dès le jour 1 (Soins dentaires, soins visuels, spécialistes, assurance voyage, etc.);
