    The Account Manager will operate as the main point of contact on selected accounts.They will build and leverage relationships within the accounts to drive growth in the business.With a focus on close rates and sales development, the account manager will strive to maximize profits annually according to the Crown Verity targeted growth strategy. A successful account manager will collaborate internally within the business to exceed customers' expectations, and ensure business is completed with a high level of accuracy, deliverable success and customer satisfaction.

    Job Description:

    • Manages strategic accounts as assigned by Director of Sales
    • Daily account and sales review for all assigned accounts (to include sales tracking and reporting, estimate review, sales follow ups)
    • Co-ordinate sales training annually with assigned dealers.
    • Complete account reviews which include, meeting with dealer sales leader, engage marketing strategy with Crown Verity Director of Brand Management and Marketing, monitor websites, and driving sales growth to targeted goals.
    • Schedule regular reviews with the account to ensure clear communication, opportunities and pipeline opportunities are discussed and driven to achieve successful close rates.
    • Support merchandising dealers by reviewing and increasing floor displays, accessory inventory, spot checks and merchandizing alignment, showroom management and dealer driven events.
    • Drive product line growth with strategic partners increasing sales velocity.
    • Launch dealer programs and review monthly with dealers assigned.
    • Work with internal partners for all online dealers to ensure brand and product offering is current.
    • Work in conjunction with the Director of Sales if a Rep Group is involved.
    • Communicate needs and drive support when required with Director of Sales
    • Provide feedback on competitor activity that could impact goal achievement.
    • Have a deep knowledge of outdoor segment and how Crown Verity provides solutions to any outdoor space.
    • Highly motivated to accomplish goals.
    • Critical thinking and creative positioning to support sales driven direction.
    • Understand customers go to market strategy and align growth within their business.
    • Complete tasks in a timely fashion including estimates, drawing support, delivery and communicate QA review should it be required.
    • At times, the Account Manager may be asked to assist with delinquent payments with assigned dealers.
    • Handle all business with integrity and ethics.The account manager must understand their accounts completely and will be required to review and adapt for the overall success of the account.
    • Organization, task management, and high drive workflow is required in this role.
    • Weekly priority review and accomplishments set in a 1:1 environment is essential to keep business on track.
    • Weekly department meeting to table team objectives to foster continuous improvement of best practices.
    • Regular dialogue and communication inside Crown Verity to ensure overall team is aligned with expectations of sale and customer expectation.
    • Follow proper channels to ensure we are not inside someone else's scope of responsibility.
    • Attend in person training, events or trade shows as assigned by Director of Sales
    • Account Manager must have a valid passport and be able to travel between Canada and the United States.

    Metrix:

    • Achieve or exceed targeted sales growth for all accounts per Crown Verity's annual goals.
    • Weekly pipeline review per plan
    • Monthly goal review per plan
    • Customer Interaction KPI will evaluate, engagement = to account growth
    • Accessory and component growth will be rated and measured separately for overall account growth.
    • Maintain and oversee planned marketing strategy and report metrix to Director of Brand Management and Marketing
    • Bonus will be based on sales growth targets being achieved.

    Additional Notes:

    There may be travel required for this role.Expectations include high volume call/ inquiry coverage during certain times of the year or around specific events that may occur on weekends or evenings.
