Reporting to:

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract / Full-Time Permanent


Location:
On-site in Downtown Toronto


Responsibilities:


Major Responsibilities:

Ensure Effective Communication:


  • Maintain smooth communication between HRA and other departments.
  • Uphold the functionality of internal systems.

Assist in Performance Appraisal Enhancement:

  • Aid in enhancing the bank's performance appraisal process.

Specific Accountabilities:


Website and Public Communication Channel Management:

  • Maintain and update Intranet and Extranet platforms.
  • Post and update web content.
  • Collaborate with internal IT for content, design, and functionality.
  • Research and evaluate interactive media software.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test Websiterelated code.
  • Organize information and design website appearance.
  • Update public accounts as required.

HR&A Systems Maintainance and Staff Account Management:

  • Handle Teller card issuance and settings.
  • Manage safekeeping and destruction of cards.

Human Resource Management:

  • Conduct performance planning with clear measurement and engagement tools.
  • Assist in performance review and analysis.
  • Administer HRMS system registration and maintenance.
  • Responsible for HR&A system maintenance, staff account management, and overseeing employee lifecycle events for smooth operations and accurate data management.
  • Update monthly HR data spreadsheet.
  • Internal Examination Platform Maintenance.
  • Provide reports to other departments and auditors.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Collect meeting materials and draft minutes.

Undertake Other Assigned Tasks:

  • Fulfill additional duties within the job scope as directed by the Head of HR & A.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or HRrelated work experience or education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Selfstarter and quick learner.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months
