    Description

    Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their project starting immediately and will run until Sept 2025. This will be a hybrid work setting.

    • The SAP SuccessFactors project manager plays a critical role in driving the successful implementation of SuccessFactors modules, from initial planning through to post-implementation support, while effectively managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
    • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, RCM, Sodales) ensuring they are deployed according to project timelines and specifications.
    • Ensure that the project stays on schedule by maintaining and updating the cut-over plan and dry run plan. This includes setting milestones, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • Act as the central point of contact between the customer, partner (if applicable), and SAP during the cut-over phase. Coordinate activities to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to SuccessFactors.
    • Responsible for managing the project budget effectively. This involves tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that expenditures stay within the allocated budget.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address any issues that may impact the successful completion of the implementation.
    • Ensure that the implemented solution meets quality standards and fulfills the requirements outlined by the customer. Conduct testing and validation to verify the functionality and performance of SuccessFactors modules.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, change requests, and project status reports. Provide timely updates to project stakeholders and leadership.

    Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
