    SOFTWARE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST – SERVICENOW ANALYST/DEVELOPER

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join a team responsible for evolving and maintaining BDC's Enterprise Service Management applications. As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will analyze, design, develop, and maintain high-quality software (ServiceNow) in an agile environment to meet business and customer needs.
    CHALLENGES TO TACKLE
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of BDC's Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) and provide alternative solutions to stakeholders based on business needs
    • Participate in the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
    • Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements
    • Deploy & maintain modules, develop custom applications, manage code deployment, and provide technical expertise
    • Demonstrate technical leadership and stay updated on technology trends for continuous improvement
    WHAT WE SEEK
    Professional & Educational Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
    • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
    Minimal Competencies / Essential Skills:
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and ITIL practices
    • Experience in business processes like procurement and contract management
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Bilingual proficiency
    • API development experience and attention to detail
    Complementary Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming best practices
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and agile methodologies
    • Experience with ServiceNow application upgrades
    Technology Stack:
    • ServiceNow Platform, Javascript, APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps
    Other:
    • Work in a hybrid mode, 2 days/week at head office
    • Work in a matrix model
