    As an Intake Clerk, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients, assisting them as they begin their legal journey.

    This entry-level position values enthusiasm and interpersonal skills.


    Salary:
    $50,000-$55,000

    About you

    To be successful, you should have:

    • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
    • Friendly communication, passion for learning, and strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and database management software
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred
    • Legal experience is a plus but not required
    About the role


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Be the first point of contact for potential clients
    • Collect call reasons, case specifics, legal queries, caller details, and attorney meeting availability
    • Ensure positive experience from initial inquiry to legal service start
    • Greet clients, be the first voice that clients get to connect with
    • Record information regarding critical tasks
