ArcelorMittal Produits longs Canada (AMPLC) est une grande entreprise sidérurgique regroupant neuf sites au Québec et en Ontario. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Ingénierie, Technologies et Projets, l'ingénieur(e) de projet organise et conduit le projet de bout en bout. Il assume la responsabilité des différentes phases, depuis la traduction des besoins utilisateurs en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, jusqu'à la recette utilisateur, voire la mise en production.
Prendre en charge le projet du cahier des charges à la recette utilisateur et son déploiement;
Suivre la conception du projet (besoin client, spécification fonctionnelle, lotissements, livrables, critères de réception...);
Piloter le projet en constituant, organisant, coordonnant et animant l'équipe projet selon le cahier des charges (demande du client, budget, délais...);
Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client;
Assurer la rentabilité du projet;
Évaluer et faire progresser les professionnels travaillant sur son projet;
Relire et assimiler les niveaux d'engagements traduits par le contrat.
Posséder un baccalauréat en génie mécanique, électrique, automatisation ou toutes autres études pertinentes au domaine;
Posséder un esprit d'analyse et des habiletés en résolution de problème;
Être bilingue (français et anglais) constitue un atout;
