    The Associate Claims Adjuster is responsible for delivering Northbridge's industry leading claims service. The successful candidate is responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of minor accident benefit claims in accordance with established best practices.

    They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

    You're great at:

  • Customer Service
  • Critical Thinking and Investigating
  • Building relationships

    • You have:

  • Knowledge of Accident Benefits Claims Adjusting process
  • Completed a 3 or 4 year Post-Secondary program in Kinesiology or related area
  • Strong Customer Service background
