    Astronomer designed Astro, a modern data orchestration platform, powered by Apache Airflow.

    Astro enables companies to place Apache Airflow at the core of their data operations, providing ease of use, scalability, and enterprise-grade security, to ensure the reliable delivery of mission-critical data pipelines.

    Our mission is to build an Enterprise-grade product that makes it easy for data teams at Fortune 500's and startups alike to adopt Apache Airflow.

    As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of the industry as we strive to deliver the world's data.

    As a leading player in the industry, we are seeking a talented Software Engineer to work on our Product-Led Growth initiative, a critical component of our expansion strategy.


    What you get to do:

    Contribute to the development of the Product-Led Growth initiative, focusing on enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.

    Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our product-led approach through data-driven insights and user feedback.

    A strong focus on the end-user experience.

    Experience of Golang and TypeScript.

    Experience with software development best practices, such as code reviews, testing, CI/CD, version control, automation and debugging.


    The estimated salary for this role ranges from $140,000 - $170,000 CAD based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package.
