    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a client in Englehart, ON. Reporting directly to the plant manager, you will play a key role in providing guidance and leadership to the maintenance team to ensure that safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Safety Leadership: Accountable for maintaining a culture of safety in the maintenance area and addressing safety concerns throughout the mill.
    • Asset Strategies and Maintenance: Develop and execute maintenance strategies, manage performance metrics, and stay within the maintenance budget.
    • Business Leadership: Promote reliability models, capital planning, and other key business strategies to drive results.
    • Business Culture: Drive the company's business practices and help shape the culture through available tools and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Current CMRP or CRL certification is desirable.
    • At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
    • Proficiency in CMMS, MS Office, and reading mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings.
    • Experience in leading maintenance and reliability improvement projects.
    • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and various mechanical systems.
