Description

Looking for a facility site manager / maintenance technician for managing facilities and conducting maintenance on site within the greater Toronto region area.

Mileage pay included when travelling to other sites.

Hourly wage is dependent on abilities and skills, the more qualified the higher the rate.


Job Responsibilities include;
- fixing facility storage unit doors, overhead door maintenance, fixing lights. etc
- construction work, drywalling, using heavy machinery, landscaping, plowing
- running sweeper machines, cleaning washrooms, dust unit doors, etc.
- light electrician work and plumbing if experienced, working at heights

  • Framing knowledge, ability to do heavy lifting of 50 or more pounds
- maintaining facilities and the premises, assist in customer maintenance issues
- customer payments, move in paper work, answer the phones and assist the customers

  • Have a vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to different locations throughout the day if necessary

Employees need to be;

  • Punctual and reliable
  • Be able to work alone as well as with team members
- have full availability throughout the week

  • Great communication skills while communicating with other staff members
  • Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay
