    Role Overview:
    The Human Resources Manager is a key position that supports our operations. Reporting to the General Manager and Maintenance Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for various essential activities, including:

    - Managing the complete Recruitment Cycle, involving developing and executing recruitment strategies for internal and external candidates, collaborating with Recruitment Agencies as needed
    - Promoting Diversity and Inclusion
    - Overseeing Performance management
    - Offering guidance and support to supervisors/managers on employee relations matters
    - Managing Employee Benefits and Retirement Saving Programs
    - Creating and refining employee-related programs, policies, and procedures
    - Ensuring compliance with the Fitness for Duty Policy
    - Updating and organizing all HR files, including Employee Personal Files
    - Requirements: Degree or diploma in HR Management, 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is a plus
