Are you seeking a permanent opportunity that utilizes your bilingual skills in business development We are on the lookout for a PERMANENT Business Development Specialist (Bilingual). In this pivotal role, you will engage with communities to significantly increase Blood, Plasma, and Stem Cell donations, directly contributing to saving lives every day.Our client, based in Ottawa, is a forward-thinking, collaborative, and caring organization.     • What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement dynamic action plans for donor recruitment and retention, based on thorough data analysis and field interactions.
  • Conduct information sessions and recruitment presentations tailored to specific community demographics.
  • Engage new donors through referrals, networking, and cold calling, while managing relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the donor experience and retention.
  • Mentor and guide donor center staff in executing effective sales strategies.
    • Who You Are:
  • You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are proficient in both English and French, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing media interviews is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or people management experience is an asset.
  • You are an effective team player with strong time management skills, excellent writing skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
