    We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our company-wide People & Culture services and administration in a high-growth environment.

    On a daily basis, you will be responsible for supporting the talent & acquisition team as it relates to scheduling candidate screening and panel interviews as well as overseeing our college recruitment efforts.

    This role is based in Toronto and requires a presence in the office for 4 days a week.
    Post internship opportunities on the applicant tracking system (Lever), as well as on job boards and universities
    Manage full cycle internship recruiting process including resume review, candidate presentation to hiring managers, interview coordination, candidate experience management, and offer negotiation
    Conduct pre-employment screenings and background checks through third party, and accurately enter new employee data into the HRIS system
    Provide guidance and training to employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, and applicant tracking system (Lever)
    Attend all facility in-services and staff development activities as scheduled
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Excellent written communication skills utilized when writing to candidates and colleagues
    Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independently completes high-quality work to meet established goals
    Experience with event planningand other general office management tasks
    Experience using Lever, HRIS systems to include Humi, Paycor and Gusto,First Aid training
    Experience with Confluence and SharePoint
