    Description

    As a senior business strategy advisor, you play a key role in developing plans and business intelligence, monitoring performance, setting targets, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. You design and implement business strategies aligned with various initiatives' business architecture, such as organizational transformation and shift. Your expertise is crucial in leading development projects and innovative strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. You provide recommendations on strategic directions and business positions, drawing from your extensive knowledge in the field. Your role involves guiding complex projects that require in-depth analysis and understanding of the organization and business line, emphasizing the importance of effective coordination with stakeholders from diverse fields. Interpersonal skills are essential as you serve as an expert advisor, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

    • Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects and initiatives
    • Develop and maintain policies, standards, models, and programs to support strategic projects and initiatives
    • Identify, analyze, and address significant issues, providing recommendations to decision-making bodies
    • Present your unit's perspective to decision-making bodies
    • Represent the organization's stance in agreements with external partners and organizations

    What you bring to the table
