Brescia is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill positions as:

BANQUET SERVERS / FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANTS

CASUAL & PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT

$15.50/hour
**April August 2023
Receiving direction from the Hospitality Coordinator, Sous Chefs, FSA Supervisors, and the Food Services
Manager, primary responsibilities will include the assembly, preparation and serving of food and
beverage products and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Required skills include:
knowledge of food services normally gained through experience in the food
service industry; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability
to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive movements. A Smart Serve Certification is a desired
qualification for this position. A willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends and
evenings will also be necessary.
