Drive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat and other social media platforms
Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
Provide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the market
Maximize sales during special events and customer services
Coordinate with necessary stakeholders to ensure inventory is available for requested bulk purchases
Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partners
Store Functionality
Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directives
Efficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandise
Perform inventory counts upon corporate office direction as needed
Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience
Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Knowledge in the Chinese social media platform landscape is essential, i.e.
You stay up to date on the latest trends, love editing images and videos using various apps on your phone, enjoy curating a cohesive feed using a scheduling app, and strive to engage and build your social media following.

Hourly Pay Range:
$17.00/hr CAD
We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on provincial or federal requirements.
