    Description
    Tremco Construction Products Group: Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.


    GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Ensure the achievement of revenue, margin, and product mix goals within the corporate framework by managing key accounts and stakeholders.


    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Respond to customer orders and needs.
    • Manage all inquiries and provide necessary information
    • Handle walk-in customers and process orders immediately.
    • Ensure prompt and accurate shipment and invoicing.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives regarding orders.
    • Promptly resolve pricing, delivery, and product concerns.
    • Develop product knowledge and maintain relationships internally to enhance customer service.
    • Provide credit approval for customers.

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management with 2-3 years of industry experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.


    EXPERIENCE:
    • Four to ten years of related experience; 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
    • Strong construction knowledge and experience.
    • Basic understanding of product chemistries.
    • Experience with architectural presentations.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Effective emotional management and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary for this role ranges from $85,020.00 to $108,400.00 with performance-based incentives. Tremco provides benefits including Health and Dental insurance, Paid Holidays, Retirement Savings Plan, Pension Plan, Health & Fitness Subsidy, and Employee Assistance Programs.
