    The EQual program partners with a growing list of health professions to support the delivery of high-quality entry-to practice education.

    As a Surveyor Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you will join a dynamic and innovative team managing accreditation services for health education programs in community colleges, Cégeps, polytechnics, career colleges, and universities.

    This role entails recruitment, training and coordinating volunteer surveyors to ensure high quality accreditation services. Additionally, it involves end-to-end planning and tracking of surveys, deploying surveyors, and coordinating communications.

    Recruit qualified health educators and health practitioners via direct outreach efforts including social media campaigns, calls, networking, and proactive communication.

    Maintain and update surveyor training, onboarding, and communication materials.
    Plan and manage surveyor deployment within defined timelines and budget parameters.
    Plan, communicate and track survey schedules and milestones.
    Research and implement new techniques and tools for survey planning and surveyor management.

    3+ years of progressive and varied experience in volunteer recruitment and coordination, community outreach, stakeholder relations, or talent acquisition.

    Experience in developing outreach strategies to recruit volunteer contributors through various channels such as online platforms, events, and partnerships.

    Experience in developing outreach collateral and communication materials.

    Excellent French and English communication skills, with strong ability to speak, read and write in both languages, as well as to produce documents and reports.

    Have project management/coordination experience.
    Have quality assurance and improvement qualification(s).
