Days 37.50 hours per 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours Rate of Pay: Salary and benefits as per terms and conditions of employment Job Description Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator and working closely with the Director of Care, Resident Care Managers and Community Programs Manager the Administrative Assistant is responsible to oversee all employee scheduling.

Responsible for ensuring all schedules adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreements, maintaining current schedules electronically and ensuring all shifts are scheduled and requests are processed in a timely manner.

This position will be responsible for a variety of confidential administrative duties to support the Leadership Team.

Job Qualifications Experience Post secondary education in field of business or office education Minimum 3 years expreience working in a scheduling environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced computer skills Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Other Information Knowledge of, and experience in the Saskatchewan healthcare environment is an asset Additional Information The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member.

The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC and/or VSC during the recruitment and selection process.
