    About You

    At Vovia, you'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead projects with a team of experts in various media channels, custom analytics, and optimization. The attributes you need to achieve this include:

    About the Role

    Reporting to the VP Client Service, the Account Manager works with our team of digital and offline marketers, analysts, and strategists to help plan and execute media campaigns. You'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead projects of varying size and complexity. You'll provide strategic guidance, and lead all project management activities including: briefing, budgets, managing all facets of campaign execution, client communication, and collaborating with our internal team.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Build strong client partnerships by learning the client's business and managing the day-to-day client relationship, including providing them with strategic counsel relating to media, business results, and the competitive environment
    • Lead the internal team, and workflow process ensuring collaboration is consistent, and communication is effective to deliver high quality work
    • Manage all project execution including reporting to deliver strategic campaigns on time, and on budget
    • Overall fiscal responsibility managing account efficiency, project estimating, monthly account budgeting, and forecasting
    • Support the leadership team by assisting in new business initiatives
    • Take an active role in building a positive agency culture and help to promote Vovia in the local marketing community

    What You'll Need to Be Successful

    • Post-secondary degree required
    • 3+ years of marketing or communications related experience
    • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multitask across different clients
    • Highly collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills coupled with the innate ability to bring internal colleagues, and external clients together to work towards a common goal
    • Energized by a fast-paced, and constantly changing environment that embraces growth and innovation
    • Knowledge of project management tools, Excel, and various Google applications along with a understanding of the role of different media channels
