    With your natural leadership and communication skills, you'll provide technical guidance to the Logistics and Warehouse Operations teams in support of Gas and Electric operations.

    As Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing and managing logistics and warehousing capabilities efficiently, providing oversight and direction on the overall planning and management required to support logistics and warehouse operations.

    Establish a collaborative, inclusive work environment and build strong relationships with multiple business units, including Operations, Project Management Office, and Production Management teams.


    • Gain familiarity with and provide leadership in support of key departmental projects and initiatives impacting logistics and inventory processes.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of departmental systems and key projects and initiatives impacting logistics and inventory processes.
    • Identify solutions to improve efficiencies in forecasting, budgeting, planning and organizing for Warehouse and Logistics teams.
    A bachelor's degree in business, or a related discipline from a recognized program.

    • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience, including time spent in a leadership position in a unionized environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • A certification from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), or an equivalent designation is considered an asset.
    • A demonstrated history of working in warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing environments with a proven track record of building relationships in a complex work environment.
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP.
