    • Knowledge of Post NOC changes.
    • Several years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control and Quality Systems.
    • Understanding of pharmaceutical production processes such as manufacturing, packaging, and testing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process product quality complaints into the Quality Complaint Handling System in compliance with regulations and corporate procedures.
    • Monitor and ensure completion of all required task actions for complaints in the system.
    • Follow up with customers to gather necessary information for complaint records.
    • Ensure timely retrieval of field samples and follow up on their return.
    • Manage the PQC mailbox, ensuring timely entry of complaints and addressing PQC queries.
    • Monitor POLO PQCs and forward them to the appropriate supplier for investigation.
    • Review and evaluate Annual Product Reviews, Annual Stability reports, Supplier Release Documentation, and Executed Batch Reviews to ensure product compliance.
    • Initiate, assess, and execute tasks related to change controls for Canadian products.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize product compliance activities.
    • Participate in other quality assurance activities as needed.
