    Southlake Ford Lincoln is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our growing team. As part of the Southlake Ford Lincoln family we are committed to our guests, community and growth.

    We are looking for the right individual to bring experience, knowledge and commercial expertise to an established Ford Store in York Region.

    Southlake Ford is looking to grow our Commercial and Fleet Department. The correct individual will be searching for new business accounts, cultivating existing relationships.

    We believe that commercial growth in our local community is thriving and we are looking to establish an Automotive Hub prioritizing commercial accounts locally and all across the province.

    Experience with Tender Offers and Large Commercial Accounts
    Management experience is an asset
    Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory sales skills.
    Strong CRM experience (Desk it, Reynolds, Focus etc.)
    Valid OMVIC license.
    Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a clean driving abstract.
    Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and guests.
    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related area.
