    Title:
    VP, Group Account Director

    Your Role:
    VP, Group Account Directors run a book of business at Patients & Purpose. They are responsible for helping their clients and our agency to meet their strategic and financial goals. Strong and proven leadership skills, Accountability, Decisiveness, Collaborator, Strong Management and Mentorship Skills
    Begins to own senior client level relationships, acting as a key decision-maker and brand steward at the agency
    Work with management to appropriately staff brands and ensure equitable division of work among staff.
    Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management team
    Contributes to the agency by leading initiatives that help better agency vision/goals
    Demonstrates strategic and account planning skills
    Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
    Specific leadership level knowledge of all common agency projects and initiatives
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of medical marketing and/or agency experience
    Previous experience managing a high performing team(s)

    Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
