- Outbound telephone-based prospecting to target accounts in an assigned segment;
- Making a high volume of cold calls daily to qualify leads;
- Collaborating with Account Executives;
- Creating awareness about Clio's product and setting up demonstrations;
- Understanding the assigned territory to develop unique solutions and generate leads;
- Enhancing sales skills through regular training;
- Adapting to the evolving sales environment;
- Understanding customers' needs and demonstrating the value of Clio's products;
- Providing weekly qualitative and quantitative reports;
- Documenting sales activities in Salesforce and meeting daily KPIs.
- 1-2 years of sales experience or relevant experience, including cold-calling;
- Passion for technology and cloud-based products;
- Competitive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company;
- Experience at a SaaS company.

Description
Summary:
This job is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. The perfect candidate will focus on expanding Clios customer base by consulting potential clients on Clio's Suite offerings. They need to be highly organized, agile, confident, articulate, and sensitive to customer needs. This position is open to candidates throughout Canada, excluding Quebec.

Our team of Business Development Representatives plays a vital role in generating interest in Clio's products among potential customers. They provide advice, offer solutions to complex issues, and create sales opportunities that contribute directly to Clios revenue growth.
