    Position: Business Development Representative

    Company: Eny Consulting Inc.

    Location: Calgary, Alberta

    Reports to: Business Development Manager

    Job Overview:

    Eny Consulting Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of Eny Consulting Inc.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.

    Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and social media.

    Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Eny Consulting Inc.'s services and solutions.

    Qualify leads and assess their fit with Eny Consulting Inc.'s offerings.

    2. Client Relationship Building:

    Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

    Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Eny Consulting Inc.'s services.

    Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and subject matter experts to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

    Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build rapport, provide updates, and identify opportunities for partnership.

    3. Sales Pipeline Management:

    Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

    Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

    Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales process.

    Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.

    4. Market Research and Analysis:

    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential niches, industry segments, and growth opportunities.

    Provide insights and recommendations to the Business Development Manager and leadership team for strategic decision-making.

    5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and subject matter experts, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.

    Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, updates, and best practices.

    Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth and success.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.

    Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients.

    Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to generating new business opportunities.

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

    Knowledge of business analysis, consulting, or related fields is a plus.

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
