    Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeFull Time,

    Permanent Location:
    (100% on-site
    • Hybrid 2 days in office after training)
    • VaughanHours: Mon-Fri 8am 5pm (40 hours/wk.)
    Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their team of professionals.

    You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with targeted needed (credit, production, planning, etc.)with buyers and Key Account Manager to arrange that backorders are created when necessary.process large amounts of data when adhere to customer call cycle for all assigned accounts to obtain customer performance, relative to volume and assortment and provide regular feed- back on issues and opportunities.


    Qualifications:
    Bilingual
    • English/French
    • Spoken and Written.
    School of call centre customer service experience dealing with products.
    MS Office ability.
