- Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that drive value and generate incremental revenue.
- Actively manage the opportunity pipeline, fully leveraging our CRM, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account profitability.
- Renewals and Retention:
- Lead renewal efforts by proactively engaging with clients to ensure a seamless renewal process and drive high renewal rates.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to mitigate churn and increase client lifetime value.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce the value of Berkeley Payment Solutions' offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their payment and card issuing programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and Berkeley Payment Solutions' goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience and increase operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in the payments and card issuing space, with a focus on account management and revenue generation.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, renewals, and client retention.
- Strong understanding of payment industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans to achieve business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Role Overview:
As the Mid-to-Senior Client Strategy Manager at Berkeley Payment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.
