    Role Overview:

    As the Mid-to-Senior Client Strategy Manager at Berkeley Payment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Leveraging your expertise in the payments and card issuing space, you will lead strategic initiatives to maximize the value delivered to our clients while strengthening long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with 3-7 years of experience in account management growth and a proven track record of success in generating revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Generation:
      • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within existing client accounts.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that drive value and generate incremental revenue.
      • Actively manage the opportunity pipeline, fully leveraging our CRM, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account profitability.
    • Renewals and Retention:
      • Lead renewal efforts by proactively engaging with clients to ensure a seamless renewal process and drive high renewal rates.
      • Develop and implement retention strategies to mitigate churn and increase client lifetime value.
      • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce the value of Berkeley Payment Solutions' offerings.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
      • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their payment and card issuing programs.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and Berkeley Payment Solutions' goals.
      • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience and increase operational efficiency.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3-7 years of experience in the payments and card issuing space, with a focus on account management and revenue generation.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, renewals, and client retention.
    • Strong understanding of payment industry trends, products, and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.
