- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that project objectives are met.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to payments to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively with clients.
- Utilize your proficiency in French and/or Italian to facilitate communication with clients in these regions.
- Translate documents and participate in meetings where language skills are required.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the final delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions before deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, IT, or related).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience to be part of payment Product. Design/build/testing/release experience.
- Good understanding of ISO 8583 Payment Spec.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
