    Our reputable legal client is looking for a Bilingual Proposal Specialist to join their team. This role can be based in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.     Your Responsibilities:

    • Leading the creation of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), pitch materials, and collateral in both French and English, ensuring they emphasize the firm's value and market distinctiveness.
    • Collaborating with lawyers to develop client-centric proposals by understanding the legal market's unique aspects and collaborating on client-focused responses.
    • Organizing kick-off meetings, creating drafts, finalizing pitches and proposals, tracking submission progress, identifying new business opportunities, and more.
    • Providing support for in-person client pitches, coordinating response development for client reports, assisting with client requests, and tracking proposal statistics.
    • Gathering industry intelligence, creating proposal templates, managing stock proposal content, updating proposal tools, and overseeing French translations.
    • Leading and supporting team projects, enhancing tools and processes, developing training resources, onboarding new team members, and providing input on communication and business development tasks.

    Your Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, preferably 2 years in a professional services organization.
    • Professionalism, interpersonal skills, bilingual proficiency (French and English), organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
