- Coordinate the full proposal development lifecycle for client bids and proposal decisions to final delivery, and act as the central contact throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the proposal process.
- Help structure the format of corporate content, messaging, and presentations in adherence with Quartech's brand.
- Work closely with our Leadership team and other staff members to source, update, and compile content
- Schedule and co-chair meetings
- Source, write and edit content to high standards
- Monitor bid sources to identify potential opportunities
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, attending sales promotion and respondent meetings as required
- Experience working on proposals ideally for IT professional services and some understanding of government procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze, edit, and format documents with a high degree of scrutiny, consistency, and quality
- Excellent and effective communication skills and the ability to read and write clearly and concisely
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple proposals with competing priorities and tight deadlines
