    As a Project Management role, you will oversee activities within the Aircraft Design and Product Development team, focusing on managing scope, schedule, and budget. Your responsibilities include proactive problem-solving, defining project parameters, and coordinating activities with various technical functions and suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely delivery of engineering projects aligned with major milestones
    • Lead cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget
    • Coordinate technical Engineering Change planning ensuring stakeholder alignment
    • Enforce adherence to Bombardier standards for integrity in technical engineering
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project compliance
    • Manage engineering priorities, conduct risk assessments, and ensure budget visibility
    • Coordinate cross-functional reviews and document release processes

    As an Ideal Candidate:

    • Hold an Engineering degree or equivalent diploma with 3-7 years experience in project management or aerospace
    • Possess knowledge of Program/Project Management processes
    • Demonstrate aircraft technical or manufacturing expertise
    • Previous experience in structural or systems development would be advantageous
    • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
    • Show leadership qualities, proactivity, and ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, results-oriented, and technically curious
    • Capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills
