As a media coordinator work closely with several department to ensure that projects are delivered on time and that they meet specific compliance standards.

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with the scheduling and post services departments to ensure proper and timely delivery of media to the appropriate platform.
Troubleshoot media and ancillary items with product teams.
QC of adult content to ensure proper compliance of media.
Support the lead and manager with onboarding of new products.
Coordinate metadata generation for delivery to product teams as well as technical QC of media.
Coordinate media transcodes and delivery for product teams.
Daytoday operations of media deliverables and data entry into multiple databases.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional role

Nice to haves:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with digital transfer and deliver technologies. (FTP, Signiant, Aspera)
Familiarity with Transcoding systems
Broadcast XML knowledge
Experience in the television and/or film industry, particularly in media operations
