    Join our Calgary energy client as a Senior Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract in the Network and Audio Visual / Telephony field, where your expertise in managing large-scale and complex projects will drive technological advancements and operational success.

    Responsibilities


    • Coordinate and complete large-scale, complex projects in Network and Audio Visual / Telephony fields, ensuring they meet specified standards and timelines.
    • Effectively negotiate changes in project scope, budget, and schedule with project owners and management to align with organizational goals.
    • Lead and direct the work of project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Utilize extensive industry knowledge and professional judgment to make critical decisions that influence project and organizational outcomes.
    • Provide mentorship and strategic advice to other project managers, enhancing overall project management capabilities within the company.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in network and audio visual/telephony project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project completion.
    • Experience in leading and directing the work of others, with a strong ability to mentor and develop project teams.
    • Proficient in negotiating project scopes, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly under pressure.
