- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in network and audio visual/telephony project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project completion.
- Experience in leading and directing the work of others, with a strong ability to mentor and develop project teams.
- Proficient in negotiating project scopes, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly under pressure.
