    Description
    As the Country Manager for Canada, he/she will be responsible for leading a commercial team and expanding our operations within the Canadian market


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and achieve market leadership in Canada. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making. Define short-term and long-term objectives aligned with corporate goals and market demands.
    Develop and implement market entry strategies, including partnerships, and acquisitions. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise internal teams on implications for product development and commercialization strategies.
    Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as needed and capitalize on growth opportunities.
    Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement development plans to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


    Financial Management:
    Develop and manage the annual budget for Canada, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve profitability goals. Optimize resource utilization and cost-efficiency to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

    Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably with experience in a multinational corporation or within the Canadian market.

    Strong understanding of the Canadian business environment, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
    Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results.
    Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts.
    Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
