    Accounts Receivable Administrator
    Our client is searching for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team.

    This role will be responsible for the timely collection and management of the accounts receivable collections portfolio of moderate to high profile accounts and will multitask and facilitate accounts receivable collections administrative and accounting operations.

    This role is a temporary contract.
    Professionally and timely handling customer account inquiries
    Facilitate account collection discussions with customers, providing detailed customer reconciliations; Meet or exceed Accounts Receivable performance goals and DSO targets as set by the organization
    Prepare and update the Accounts Receivable's aging report and lead the Accounts Receivable meeting with different departments on a bi-weekly basis
    Reconcile and problem solve a high volume of transactions, source relevant back-up documentation, identify billing errors, customer visits to understand payment processing and financial problems, analyze the issues and provide solutions acceptable to both parties
    Work closely with operational leaders to solution customer compliance to payment terms while maintaining the brand and customer experience
    Maintain detailed follow-up notes in the system for each account
    Monitor integrated accounts daily (EDI) to ensure rejections are identified and solved promptly
    Support processing of Accounts Receivable cash receipts for all banks and currencies in ERP, ensuring reconciliation
    Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
    ~2+ years of prior full cycle Accounts Receivable experience including collections and cash application, ideally within a computerized Accounts Receivable setting is preferred
    ~ Thorough understanding of all aspects of collection, including account maintenance and reconciliation, collection of past due accounts, and financial statement analysis
    ~ Prior experience using multiple client portals will be considered an asset
    ~ Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially with MS Word and MS Excel
    ~ Critical thinker, with the ability to adapt different software and can work in a fast paced environment
