    Description
    Full Time - Permanent - 40 hours per week

    Vet et Nous is a multidisciplinary team composed of veterinarian both generalists and specialists operating at high rank whose mission is to take care of client's pets as if they were our own.

    Our teams are split in 3 emergency and reference centres open 24/7 and several general practice hospitals in the greater Montreal, Laval, Montérégie, Laurentides, Lanaudière, Mauricie, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean and Quebec region.

    A resource for the Hospital Manager, the Administrative Assistant calculates, prepares and processes invoices, accounts payable and receivable, budgets and other financial records in accordance with established procedures.

    He prepares employee payrolls under the supervision of the hospital manager and team leaders. Provides computer technical support or relays needs to IT Support as required.

    Several social activities (happy hour, food truck, social committee, etc.).
    Process accounts payable;
    Follow up on accounts receivable and collect overdue accounts;
    Receive and distribute mail, as well as file for administration;
    Make purchases from various retailers (office supplies, Amazon, Walmart, Pharmacy, Dollarama, Van Houtte, etc.);
    Prepare estimates of services from suppliers related to building maintenance;
    Perform all other related administrative tasks.
    Participates in meetings and training sessions to acquire knowledge that will be useful in answering customer questions;
    Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
    Bilingualism, French/English, oral and written
