What you'll be working on:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Kotn's network of 3PL and carrier partners.
Control and reduce logistics and distribution costs while maintaining efficiency and delivery commitments
Partner crossfunctionally with Merchandising & Planning, Production, Customer Service, Retail teams to deliver best in class omnichannel solutions
Ensure SLA compliance and negotiate competitive rates with 3PLs and carrier partners on an ongoing basis
Ensure customs compliance and clearance for all product categories (apparel, home, hardgoods)
Oversee Inventory control including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting.
Own the duty drawback process, ensure timely reimbursement of applicable duties
Own the Inventory & Order Management System/ERP systems
Manage and develop a highperforming logistics team

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (MBA is an asset)
Minimum 35 years experience in a logistics management position in an apparel retail environment
Experience with crossborder logistics
Experience in small parcel/courier as well as bulk airfreight and seafreight
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Flexibility, proactiveness and initiative
Alignment with the company's ethos considered a requirement for this department
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Experience in MS Office, Google suite, IMS/WMS or ERP systems preferred
Availability to travel when required
