What you'll be working on:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Kotn's network of 3PL and carrier partners.
  • Control and reduce logistics and distribution costs while maintaining efficiency and delivery commitments
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Merchandising & Planning, Production, Customer Service, Retail teams to deliver best in class omnichannel solutions
  • Ensure SLA compliance and negotiate competitive rates with 3PLs and carrier partners on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure customs compliance and clearance for all product categories (apparel, home, hardgoods)
  • Oversee Inventory control including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting.
  • Own the duty drawback process, ensure timely reimbursement of applicable duties
  • Own the Inventory & Order Management System/ERP systems
  • Manage and develop a highperforming logistics team

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (MBA is an asset)
  • Minimum 35 years experience in a logistics management position in an apparel retail environment
  • Experience with crossborder logistics
  • Experience in small parcel/courier as well as bulk airfreight and seafreight
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Flexibility, proactiveness and initiative
  • Alignment with the company's ethos considered a requirement for this department
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in MS Office, Google suite, IMS/WMS or ERP systems preferred
  • Availability to travel when required
