    VML is looking for an experienced Art Director & Copywriter team (intermediate-senior) to work alongside strategists, account leads and producers to develop engaging creative work throughout the customer journey.

    Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, you will create connected brands to drive growth for our clients.

    Craft | Develop highly effective creative concepts and provide exceptional art direction and copywriting.
    Partner with production teams to execute creative ideas.
    4 to 6 years of art direction or copywriting experience in a creative/digital agency with experience leading projects.
    ~ A portfolio showing excellent use of creative and conceptual capabilities.
    ~ Experience effectively translating & presenting strategy to creative executions to clients.
