    Avez-vous de l'expérience dans le domaine vétérinaire et êtes-vous prêt pour un changement rafraîchissant ? En tant que conseiller en catalogue, votre expertise clinique jouera un rôle essentiel pour guider les pratiques à travers la transition de leurs anciens catalogues vers notre catalogue standard VetStrategy, ainsi que notre approche de groupe, dans le cadre de notre migration à l'échelle du système vers une plateforme moderne basée sur le cloud.

    Ce rôle dépasse simplement la gestion de transition vers un catalogue commun. Vous aurez l'opportunité exceptionnelle de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de notre catalogue standard, en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques du personnel clinique en adaptant leurs codes préexistants à une nouvelle structure de codage. En appuyant sur votre expérience pratique, vous ferez partie d'une équipe ayant un impact significatif en rationalisant nos opérations, en réduisant la charge de travail de saisie manuelle des données pour le personnel clinique et en permettant à nos cliniques de se concentrer sur leur mission principale : améliorer la vie des animaux de compagnie.

    Responsabilités

    Gestion de Catalogue

  • Acquérir une compréhension approfondie de notre catalogue standard VetStrategy tant d'un point de vue vétérinaire que commercial.
  • Collaborer avec les cliniques et les conseillers HCAT pour comprendre leur catalogue existant et les guider tout au long du processus de migration vers notre catalogue standard et notre approche de groupe, de bout en bout.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les codes de service et de produit soient harmonisés dans toutes les cliniques.
  • Appliquer avec précision et efficacité les augmentations des fournisseurs dans les systèmes de gestion de patients convertis.
  • Collaborer avec divers intervenants pour améliorer continuellement le catalogue VetStrategy en fonction des commentaires et des meilleures pratiques émergentes. Rester à jour sur les tendances et les avancées de l'industrie pour garantir que le catalogue reste pertinent et à jour.
  • Agir en tant qu'expert en la matière sur le catalogue harmonisé, fournissant un soutien continu et une assistance de dépannage aux conseillers HCAT. Bien que la mise en œuvre et le support de notre catalogue standard soient principalement à distance, il peut arriver que des déplacements dans les cliniques soient nécessaires pour une formation en personne et un support afin d'assurer une mise en œuvre efficace (<25 % du temps).
  • Guider les équipes à travers l'élément de gestion du changement en les soutenant tout au long du processus, de l'appel de lancement au premier jour du déploiement.

  • Coordonner avec d'autres départements pour garantir des conversions fluides selon le calendrier global du projet.
  • Fournir régulièrement des rapports d'avancement à l'équipe du projet.

    • Compétences, expérience et qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience clinique liée à la médecine vétérinaire.
  • Le poste est principalement à distance, avec des déplacements occasionnels nécessaires (<25% du temps).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Fortes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer le changement et à prospérer dans l'incertitude.
  • Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs systèmes de gestion des patients (par exemple, AVImark, Logivet, Infinity, Cornerstone, Merlin) et capacité à apprendre rapidement différents systèmes.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft O365, Excel et SharePoint.
  • Capacité à s'adapter aux priorités changeantes et à prospérer sous pression dans un environnement à forte croissance et rapide.
  • Adaptabilité démontrée et capacité à apprendre rapidement.
  • Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu'en équipe dans un environnement rapide.
