    Description

    Our client, a highly regarded boutique firm located in Mississauga is currently in search of their next Corporate Law Clerk to support their growing practice.

    The firm provides excellent benefits, remuneration commensurate with experience, on-site parking and a casual and laid back environment. This role is currently a remote-hybrid flexi opportunity.

    This opportunity would provide the incumbent the chance to work alongside a talented legal professional team focused in the area of corporate/commercial law.

    Assisting with corporate transactions including drafting closing agendas, and drafting, organizing and finalizing transaction documents.
    Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements and providing input on corporate compliance matters.
    Completing and filing Form 1 NOC with Ministry when addresses, directors, or officers change
    Updating and maintaining information in our corporate database.
    Experience with MS Office Suite and various legal software (including DMS - Document Management System)
    ~ Successful completion of a Legal Administrative program; Law Clerk considered an asset
