    Answering customer and sales representative calls professionally and courteously.
    Following procedures and adhering to safety policies diligently.
    Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is advantageous.
    Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Syspro, is beneficial.
    Strong customer service skills and ability to handle demanding customers.
    Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    Knowledge of the French language (written and spoken) is a plus.
