- S upport a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms , and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
- Fulfill guest requests and replenish storage areas.
- Ensure all storage areas have appropriate stocks of linen and amenities.
- Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist Room Attendants in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Prior hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 20-25 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in Canada.
